GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Krisztina Stierli (hereinafter referred to as the “Healer”) to her clients.

2. Services & Distance Healing

Spiritual healing is provided as a gentle method to support well-being. The sessions (on-site or via distance healing) usually last 25-30 minutes, including pre- and post-session consultation.

3. No Guarantee of Healing / Medical Disclaimer

Spiritual healing serves to activate self-healing powers and does not replace a doctor, therapist, or medical treatment. No diagnoses are made, and no promises of healing are given. Ongoing medical treatment should not be interrupted.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The prices listed on the website apply (introductory price CHF 120.00). Payment must be made in advance via TWINT or bank transfer.

5. Cancellation & Appointments

Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be billed in full.

6. Data Protection / Privacy

All information from the sessions is kept strictly confidential. Details can be found in the separate Privacy Policy.

7. Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
